PILOT REPORTED A BRAKE DEGRADED MESSAGE ON EICAS WHEN GEAR WAS LOWERED AND BRAKES FELT LESS EFFECTIVE AND UNEVEN ON LANDING. MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 4 BRAKE PRESSURE TRANSDUCER WITH OPS CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
