DURING CRUISE, THE AIRCREW RECEIVED AN EICAS MESSAGE THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE NOT ARMED. MAINTENANCE R & R THE F/A LIGHTING CONTROL PANEL. THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
