DURING C-CHECK, THE RUDDER II UPPER ATTACHMENT POINT NUTPLATE FLANGE WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED. MAINTENANCE R & R THE FLANGE IAW SRM 51-40-02. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
