DURING SCHEDULED MX INSPECTION THE LT LOWER EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN NEAR PASSENGER ESCAPE HATCH WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. MX R & R THE LT EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN WITH OPS CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
