DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, BOTH AFT EXTERIOR OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE DISCOVERED INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY CHARGER ASSY WITH OPS CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
