DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, THE EMERGENCY EXIT ROW EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT OVERWING DOORS WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
