PILOT REPORTED UNABLE TO OPERATE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FROM THE FA PANEL. MX FOUND CONNECTOR ON F/A'S LIGHT CONTROL PANEL LOOSE. SECURED THE CONNECTER AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
