PILOT REPORTED BRAKES ARE NOT EFFECTIVE AT HIGH SPEEDS, FINE AT IDLE SPEED. LITTLE OR NO BRAKING ACTION ON LANDING. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BRAKE CONTROL UNIT AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
