AIRCRAFT DEVELOPED A FUEL LEAK DURING DEPARTURE FROM LEFT WING. AIR RETURNED TO DEPARTURE SAFELY. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT WING FUEL FLAP VALVE, LEAK CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS APRROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
