A 2 INCH LONG CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE UPPER LATERAL BRACKET IN THE COCKPIT OVERHEAD. CUTOUT DAMAGED SECTION, SPLICED IN A NEW SECTION, FABRICATED AND INSTALLED DOUBLER. AIRCRAFT STILL IN C-CHECK.
