DURING CREW INSPECTION, THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT TURN OFF. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY CHARGER, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
