AFTER TAKEOFF, THE LANDING GEAR WOULDN'T RETRACT. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. FOUND A BAD PROXIMITY SWITCH. REPLACED THE PROXIMITY SWITCH IAW WITH WO:542630. PERFORMED GEAR RETRACTIONS AND WAS RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE.
