What was found
TYS A/C WAS LANDING WHEN THE RIGHT MAIN OUTBOARD TIRE BLEW OUT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE NR 4 BRAKE TO BE DRAGGING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 4 BRAKE ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 32-43-26. REPLACED BOTH TIRES AND WAS RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE AFTER OPS CHECK.
