IAH - THE CREW REPORTED AN OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHT AT ROW THREE TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY CHARGER, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
