(AU) BATTERY MASTER WAS SWITCHED ON AND THE BATTERY DID NOT COME ON-LINE. PROBLEM WAS THE BATTERY RELAY WOULD NOT ENERGIZE BELOW -30 DEGREES CELCIUS. RELAY REPLACED.
