What was found
(AUS) RT ENGINE PROPELLER SHAFT AFT ROLLER BEARING OUTER RACE FLANGED JOURNAL RETAINING BOLT FELL OUT AND WAS FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OFTHE ACCESSORY GEARBOX. THE OTHER TWO RETAINING BOLTS WERE FOUND TO BE FINGER TIGHT ONLY.
