(AUS) LT MAGNETO CAPACITOR CONNECTING WIRE BROKEN DUE TO LOOSE BEARING CAP. FURTHER INVESTIGATION FOUND THE BEARINGS TO BE DRY AND AN UNKNOWN SUBSTANCE UNDER THE BEARING CAP HOLD-DOWN PLATES WHICH PREVENTED THE CAP BEING PROPERLY SECURED.
