What was found
(AUS) PROPELLER SPINNERS (7OFF) FOUND TO HAVE DISBONDED OR POOR BONDING BETWEEN THE INTERNAL FORWARD SUPPORT BULKHEAD AND THE SPINNER WALL. THE SPINNERS WERE NEW ASSEMBLIES BEING INSPECTED ON RECEIPT FROM THE MANUFACTURER.
