NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR FAILED. INVESTIGATION OF THE ACTUATOR IN THE WORKSHOP FOUND A FAILURE OF THE DOOR ACTUATOR INTERNAL LOCKING MECHANISM. PART OF THE LOCKING RAM AND PISTON LOCK KEYWAY HAD FRACTURED.
