STRONG ODOR ON FLIGHT DECK. INVESTIGATION FOUND THE FLIGHT DECK DOOR CIRCUIT BREAKER P6-3 D21 TRIPPED. FLIGHT DECK DOOR EMERGENCY PANEL INOPERATIVE AND DOOR LATCH WAS WARM. INVESTIGATION FOUND THE COCKPIT DOOR LOCK SOLENOID HAD FAILED.
