LT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER ATTACHMENT BOLT BROKEN AT TOP OF THREADED AREA UNDER CLEVIS. FOUND WHEN STABILIZER REMOVED FOR PAINTING. INSPECTION FOUND ALL OTHER ATTACHMENT BOLTS RUSTED AND PITTED IN THE SAME AREA.
