(AUS) NO3 ENGINE FIRST STAGE TURBINE BLADE BROKEN AT MID SPAN. INVESTIGATION FOUND 30% OF BLADES HAD BULLSEYE EROSION ON THE CONCAVE SIDE. FOUND DURING BOROSCOPE INSPECTION.
