(AUS) NO1 ENGINE P.H.I. FUEL HEATER ASSEMBLY FUEL OUT UNION PN MS9193-07 LOOSE. FURTHER INVESTIGATION FOUND THAT THE THREAD INSIDE THE HEATER ASSEMBLY WAS STRIPPED .
