(AUS) ENGINE STOPPED DURING CRUISE. INVESTIGATION FOUND A RESTRICTION (AN INSECT) IN THE LH FUEL TANK VENT TUBE. ALSO, THE VENT TUBE VALVE WAS 'STICKY'.
