What was found
(AUS) RT ELEVATOR OUTBOARD HINGE BOLT NUTPLATE LOCKING FUNCTION FAILED TO LOCK THE BOLT ALLOWING THE BOLT TO FALL OUT. THE BOLT WAS FOUND IN THE TIP FAIRING.
