What was found
(AUS) RAM AIR TURBINE BLADES DAMAGED. INVESTIGATION FOUND THAT THE INBOARD DOOR HAD NOT DEPLOYED TO THE CORRECT POSITION DUE TO STIFF DEPLOYMENT CRANK OPERATION. FURTHER DAMAGE FOUND TO THE BLADE LOCK PIN AND PIN ENGAGEMENT AREA.
