(AUS) RUDDER CONTROL ROD FORK END ROTATED AND CAUSED RESTRICTED MOVEMENT WHICH EVENTUALLY SNAPPED THE FORK. INVESTIGATION FOUND THAT THE LOCKNUT HAD WORKED LOOSE.
