(AUS) EXHAUST VALVES ON ALL CYLINDERS WERE BADLY DEFORMED ON THE VALVE STEM TIPS. INVESTIGATION FOUND ABNORMAL WEAR ON THE TIPS OF THE INLET VALVES.
