What was found
(AUS) ENGINE OIL FILTER FAULTY. FILTER WAS INCORRECTLY LOCKWIRED. THE SEAL WAS ALSO PROTRUDING. THE THREADED INSERT HAD COME LOOSE AND SEPARATED FROM THE FILTER WHEN IT WAS REMOVED FROM THE ENGINE.
