What was found
(AUS) ENGINE EXHAUST PIPE CRACKED IN THE AREA BELOW THE MOUNT FLANGE ATTACHMENT WELD. THE CRACK HAD PROGRESSED FOR APPROXIMATELY HALF OF THE PIPE CIRCUMFERENCE.
