What was found
(AUS) LH ENGINE NO4 CYLINDER HOLDDOWN STUDS (3OFF) SHEARED. FOLLOWING REMOVAL OF THE CYLINDER THE CRANKCASE WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED THROUGH THE AREA OF THE HOLDDOWN STUDS.
