(AUS) TAIL ROTOR BLADE CRACKED IN AREA OF DOUBLER WHERE THE FINGERS ARE BLENDED INTO THE BLADE SKIN. CRACKS FOUND USING THE NAKED EYE AND CONFIRMED USING DYE PENETRANT INSPECTION.
