(AUS) H11 BOLT LOCATED AT STN 1241/LBBL 127/WL 163 SHEARED. FOLLOWING REMOVAL OF THE BOLT CORROSION WAS FOUND IN THE BULKHEAD FITTING BORE. FOUND DURING ULTRASONIC INSPECTION.
