(AUS) ENGINE FUEL PUMP/BLANK PLATE GASKET CUT BY LOCKWIRE WRAPPED AROUND THE TWO MOUNTING BOLTS. GASKET LEAKING ENGINE OIL. ENGINEWAS FITTED WITH A BLANKING PLATE AND NOT A FUEL PUMP. ENGINE WASA RECENTLY OVERHAULED AND FITTED UNIT. PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCEERROR.
