(AUS) HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TRIM DIAGONAL BRACE CRACKED. SUSPECT BRACE WAS BENT OUT OF THE WAY FOR ACCESS. STABILIZER HINGE BOLTS HAD MISSING SPACER WASHERS. PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCE ERROR.
