What was found

(AUS) ENGINE VARIABLE INLET GUIDE VANES (VIGV) AND COMPRESSOR BLADES DAMAGED BY FOD. AN OBJECT OF THIS SIZE COULD NOT PASS THROUGH THE AIR INLET SCREEN WITHOUT CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE SCREENS. THE INLET SCREENS CONTAINED NO DAMAGE.
