What was found
(AUS) ENGINE OIL FILTER CONTAMINATED WITH BRONZE PARTICLES. INVESTIGATION FOUND THE TACHOMETER DRIVESHAFT SPACER HAD COME LOOSE FROM THE CAMSHAFT AND WAS WEARING ON THE SHAFT ROLL PIN.
