(AUS) ENGINE FUEL HOSE LEAKING AT CONNECTION TO CHECK VALVE. FUEL LEAKING INTO ENGINE BAY. HOSE HAD NOT BEEN TIGHTENED DURING MAINTENANCE. PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCE ERROR.
