DURING GROUND OPS TEST OF R4 DOOR EVAC SLIDE, THE DOOR BUSSEL STRAP WAS FOUND MISROUTED. THIS CAUSED BINDING OF THE SLIDE RELEASE LATCH AND HINDERED SLIDE DEPLOYMENT. SIMILAIR SITUATION WAS FOUND ON DOOR 2R.
