AFTER GEAR RETRACTION, UNUSUAL NOISE HEARD, ECAM DISPLAYED LANDING GEAR DOOR UNLOCKED, LGCIU 1 AND 2 FAIL. GRAVITY EXTENDED GEAR SUCCESFULLY, UNEVENTFUL LANDING KLAS. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. REPLACED ALL MISSING HARDWARE, INCLUDING KEY WASHER.
