What was found
MSP - FLT 421 - RIGHT ENGINE WOULD NOT START WITH IGNITION LIGHT AND FUEL FLOW NORMAL. INSPECTION OF THE SYSTEM FOUND IGNITION EXCITER HAD FAILED. THE IGNITION EXCITER WAS REPLACED AND ENGINE START PERFORMED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED. (X)
