FOUND BROKEN RUDDER PEDAL RETURN SPRING (P/N 0310196-13), ON RT PEDAL, WHICH CAUSED PEDAL TO FALL TO FLOOR. SUBMITTER STATES BOTH SPRINGS SHOULD BE INSPECTED CLOSELY, ANNUALLY AND REPLACED AT 5 YEAR INTERVALS.
