IAH - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, THE PASSENGER DOOR EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED A BROKEN WIRE, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
