CLE FLIGHT NR 3160 THE CREW REPORTED THE CABIN SMELLS OF FUMES WITH THE APU BLEED ON. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND RAN APU WITH BLEED ON AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. NO DEFECTS WERE FOUND. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
