PILOT REPORTED BURN SMELL IN COCKPIT. MAINTENANCE OPS CHECKED TAT & PITOT HEAT RELAYS, CHECKED COOLING FANS IN FWD AVIONICS ALL OPS CHECKED GOOD. COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM. AIRCRAFT RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
