CLE FLT 2309 - THE CREW REPORTED A ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL AFTER LANDING. THE SMELL WAS STRONGEST IN THE CABIN. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE UPPER TAXI LIGHT CONTACTOR. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
