IAH - DURING MX INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN AT SEAT 3BC BULKHEAD WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MX R&R THE AFFECTED EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
