IAH FLT 3147 THE CREW REPORTED A MAIN PITCH TRIM INOP MESSAGE ON CLIMB. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED INTO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE HORIZONTAL STAB CONTROL UNIT (HSCU). OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
