What was found
IAH - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT AT ROW 3 WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED LIGHT BULB, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
