PRIOR TO DEPARTURE THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE FWD PASSENGER L1 DOOR SLIDE WOULD NOT ARM. INVESTIGATION FOUND THE DOOR OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED L1 DOOR IAW AMM 52-11-00 AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
